Our X.mio2Plus, X.mio3 and DSXLE4 products, to name a few, are used by top television broadcasters, post-production facilities, and multimedia producers for broadcast and real-time non-linear editing around the world.

Your mission:

As a member of the SDK software development team, your mission will be to design, develop and maintain a set of cross-platform software components used in the creation of Matrox SD, HD and 4K audio-video capture/play-out products.

More specifically, you will work in modules that interact with the client application and the kernel software layer. You will also develop sample and test applications.


  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering with computer science option or Computer Science.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in C++;.
  • Strong knowledge of object oriented programming;
  • Knowledge of multi-thread concepts;
  • Experience with Visual Studio and/or Linux development environment (GCC, CLANG, make file, bash scripts, gdb).
  • Experience in UML techniques and practices;
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).


  • Experience in debugging in real-time scenarios and multi-thread environments.
  • Experience in Java, JNI and NetBeans programming.
  • Experience with Microsoft COM technologies.
  • Experience in Java and JNI programming.
