Description

As part of Matrox's Information Technologies group your goal will be to meet the company's data-processing needs and to ensure its operations.

Job Description:

  • Management of the users' technical support calls;
  • First level technical support, by phone and on site, to the users who have troubles with their software applications or their computer peripherals;
  • Install, debug and maintain the software, computers, corporate laptops and printers;
  • Management of equipment loans and the stocks control system;
  • Process RMA of all computer related defective parts.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in computer science or in related fields;
  • 2 years of experience in computer debugging with good customer service;
  • Autonomous, self-educated, resourceful, methodical and organized;
  • Good knowledge of computers and their components;
  • Good knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP protocol, computers and its components;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Bilingual (fluent communication in both French and in English);
  • CompTIA A+ certification is an desirable asset.
