Our Video Products Group is a technology and market leader in the field of digital video hardware and software which are used in the broadcast, live TV production and PRO A/V market places. Our technology is at the heart of industry leading companies creating solutions such as ingest/playout servers, broadcast graphic systems, contribution/distribution encoders and channel in a box solutions. Some of our current products include: XMIO3 family, DSX LE4 and M264.
 
Responsibilities
  • Ability to present and sell to all levels of an organization, including executive level.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to manage multiple customers involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines.
  • Assisting to provide programming level support to our OEM clients using our DSX SDK
  • Providing SDK and product training for OEM developers
  • Interfacing directly with customers, engineering, product and project management on product requirements, deployment and technical issues;
  • This will include maintain and assist in existing accounts, working with the applications engineering team to ensure customer requirements and questions are addressed.
  • Ability to prospect new customers

Qualifications:

  • STEM Bachelor's University degree
  • The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience as technical sales representative selling IT products or services with a proven record of developing new business and maintaining existing business.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner.
  • Strong computer skills including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and customer databases.
  • Strong business decision-making skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with an outgoing personality
  • Strong customer-focused orientation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and creative problem solver.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional language such as Spanish would be an asset.
