Matrox SMPTE ST 2110 NIC cards successfully complete JT-NM testing program
Matrox X.mio5 Q25, Matrox X.mio3 IP, and Matrox DSX LE5 Q25 SMPTE ST 2110 network interface controller (NIC) cards have successfully passed the Joint Task Force on Networked Media (JT-NM) testing program for the SMPTE ST 2110 standard. The purpose of this program is to raise the quality bar for ST 2110 products by providing a snapshot in time of how equipment conforms to key parts of SMPTE standards. Read More
Matrox X.mio5 Q25 featured at IP Showcase
Matrox X.mio5 Q25 was shown in action in the Future Zone at the IP Showcase. The X.mio5 Q25 featuring 25 GbE ST 2110 functionality showcased the benefits of the JT-NM Technical Recommendation TR-1001:1. The technical recommendation defines the system environment and the desired device behavior for ST 2110 nodes to allow for seamless deployment. X.mio5 Q25 with its 25 GbE connectivity, built-in NMOS IS-04 and IS-05 capability, and support for DHCP and DNS discovery, is used to show a predictable plug-and-play environment as described by TR-1001:1.
