MONTREAL, Quebec, 25 March 2020—

To the Matrox community,
In an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Quebec provincial government, as many other jurisdictions worldwide, announced the mandatory closure of all non-essential businesses and services as of March 25, 2020.
Matrox would like to report that we remain open and operational during this shutdown period as per our manufacturing activities of microelectronics components and medical and telecommunications equipment. In addition, we are an essential supplier to our valued customers who are at the forefront of the battle against COVID-19, including in industries such as healthcare, security, crisis and emergency management, food production, and broadcast and media. As such, Matrox continues to maintain full-scale manufacturing and distribution in our international facilities, while ensuring the health and safety of our employees. Our extensive and robust remote-work program and safety measures for our essential on-site employees ensures our dedicated and ongoing product development, customer support, and production.
While the situation continues to affect us all, Matrox is fully committed to the fight against COVID-19, and we are proud to see how the Matrox and global community have come together. We appreciate your ongoing support, and wish you and your families continued health and safety during this difficult period.
