You've sent in your application. What happens next?

Initial call

First, you’ll have a quick conversation (10-15 minutes) with a recruiter. We’ll ask some questions about your experience and education, and you can take the opportunity to learn more about the role. If we’re a good match, we’ll set up an in-person interview.

In-person interview

At the interview, you’ll meet with a hiring manager and some future team members. Depending on the position you’re applying for, you may be asked to take a brief technical test. The entire process may take 30 minutes to 2 hours. If all goes well, you’ll be invited to a second interview.

Decision and offer

Finally, we’ll review your application and gather feedback from other Matrox team members. Your hiring manager will come back to you with a decision and offer.
