Intern, UI Design S-10-05-Winter 2024

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a UI Design Intern to improve our ability to create experiences that are as easy and intuitive for our website and products. The intern will be responsible for the brand look, will design all the screens that make up the interface (ie: landing page, display ad, app, etc.), as well as the individual elements featured on those screens. She/he will be paired with a copywriter working in an agile marketing Demand Generation team, along with Paid Per Click campaign managers, trade media buyers and CRM specialist.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling landing pages, ads, downloadable content and e-blasts based on customer needs that help achieve business objectives (OKRs)
• Advocate for a user-centric design and stay on top of UI/UX best practices and values
• Provide design review recommendations in order to improve lead conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing for critical pages/products of our marketing funnel
• Research and analyze customer requirements for marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Student studying in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Commerce, Arts, Visual Design, or any experience related to UX/UI
• Experience in UX/UI design
• Strong creativity skills, communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on a creative brief
• Proven portfolio of ads
• Knowledge of Abode CS suite
• Advertising agency background is a strong plus
