Intern, Marketing Coordinator-Fall 2023 (S-10-04)

Position Summary

Our marketing team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to assist with ongoing projects and day-to-day tasks. You'll have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and learn how to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing team to create print and web marketing materials that capture the attention of our target audience, and ensuring that all content is accurate
• Manage all external marketing requests and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met
• Ensure that leads from our events and marketing campaigns are properly entered into our databases, Marketo and Salesforce
• Assist with website updates to ensure that our online presence is up-to-date and engaging
• Provide support for a range of exciting projects for the cross-functional marketing team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as administrative skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset
