Position Summary

The selected intern will assist with marketing operations to support the marketing teams with day-to-day requirements with process development, implementation and documentation an all improvement initiatives.


As such, you will:

  • Support marketing operations department with budget approval and allocation, processes, reporting, collaboration platform, etc.
  • Collaborate to develop marketing operation process and documentation (to be communicated and shared with stakeholders)
  • Monitor KPIs for marketing effectiveness and efficiencies based on business goals
  • Analyzing and reporting data then presenting findings and recommendations
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team to create/enhance operational documentation
  • Map and document the important business / marketing processes and optimize them if needed


  • Bachelor’s degree student in Business Technology Management and Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business process optimization methods such as Kaizen
  • Deadline-driven with a high level of organizational and planning skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills;
    They also has the ability to work well in teams, effectively manage projects, and present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, capable to map business processes
  • Fluent in Confluence and Office 365, specifically Excel and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical and computer skills – experience with any of the following will be considered an asset: SAP, VISIO, any ERP
  • Strong knowledge of English and French, written and spoken
