Position Summary

You will be part of Matrox’ Information Technologies group whose goal is to meet the company’s IT related needs and to ensure its operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Management of the users’ technical support calls.
  • First level technical support, by phone and on site, to the users who have troubles with their software applications or their computer peripherals. 
  • Install, debug and maintain the software, computers, corporate laptops and printers.
  • Management of equipment loans and the stocks control system.
  • Process RMA of all computer related defective parts.

 

Qualifications

  • College degree in computer science or in related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in computer debugging with good customer service.
  • Autonomous, self-educated, resourceful, methodical and organized.
  • Good knowledge of computers and their components.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP protocol, computers and its components.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (fluent communication in both French and in English).
  • CompTIA A+ certification is a desirable asset.
