Responsibilities:

As an Applications Support Technician for the Imaging division, your primary tasks will be:

  • Support our customer base through telephone and e-mail to help them properly install Matrox hardware and software PC products;
  • Assist customers with large variety of questions about programming (mainly de-bugging), video technology, PC compatibility testing and image processing;
  • Communicate problems to the engineering department and conduct a follow-up with customers and sales department when a solution is available.

 

Requirements:

  • You have completed a DEC or AEC in computer systems or any other related field;
  • Good knowledge of PC architecture and all Windows operating systems;
  • Knowledge of SW languages such as C, C++ and C# in both Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, functional in French;
  • The candidate must like to work in a dynamic, team spirited environment.
