Complimentary support and warranty
With the purchase of Matrox Axio, you are entitled to six months of complimentary telephone and e-mail support from Matrox during our normal business hours and a one-year warranty on the Matrox Axio hardware. Matrox Axio systems must be based on Matrox-validated components to receive Matrox support. Support is provided by Matrox in English only.
Beyond the complimentary support period
Once the six-month period of complimentary support has expired and you have not purchased a premium support plan, you have the option to purchase a support token on a per incident basis.Click here to purchase a support token.
Premium support plans
Premium support plans including coverage beyond the first six months, extended support hours, priority replacement service, and the use of remote assistance tools are available in some regions. For more information, please contact your Matrox Axio dealer.
