Minimum system configuration

Using the minimum system configuration, the following segment can be played back in real time on Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme Pro:

• 2 video clips (.avi files),
• 1 single-frame graphics clip,
• 2 stereo audio tracks.

Each clip in the segment can have a fade applied to it. A fade can be any one of the following:

• Opacity changes applied to a clip, such as by adjusting the Opacity handles of a clip.
• An Adobe Premiere Pro Cross Dissolve.
• An alpha-keyed graphics clip.

You can also choose to apply one Matrox hardware-accelerated effect or transition from the following list:

• Matrox basic or advanced DVE,
• Matrox page curl,
• Matrox organic wipe,
• Adobe Premiere Pro realtime transition (over 60 transitions available).

Note  Your RT.X100 Xtreme Pro also supports realtime DV output and complex Matrox effects that require a more powerful CPU. Although these features are available, they may not allow realtime playback when using the minimum system configuration.
