Complimentary support and warranty
With the purchase of Matrox MXO2, you are entitled to three years of complimentary telephone support from Matrox during our normal business hours and a three-year warranty on the Matrox MXO2 hardware. Support is provided by Matrox in French and English only.
Only registered MXO2 units are eligible for Matrox phone support.
Beyond the complimentary support period
Once the three-year period of complimentary support has expired, you have the option to purchase a support token on a per incident basis.
