Complimentary support and warranty

With the purchase of a Matrox Convert product, you are entitled to three years of complimentary telephone support from Matrox during our normal business hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:00 EST) and a three-year warranty on the Matrox hardware. Support is provided by Matrox in French and English only.

Only registered Matrox Convert products are eligible for Matrox phone support.

Beyond the complimentary support period

Once the three-year period of complimentary support has expired, you have the option to purchase a support token on a per incident basis.

To access Matrox customer support, you must have your Matrox Convert product's Identification Number. If you do not know your Matrox Convert product's Identification Number, you must register your product first.
