Complimentary support and warranty
With the purchase of Matrox RT.X2, you are entitled to six months of complimentary telephone support from Matrox during our normal business hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:00 EST) and a three-year warranty on the Matrox RT.X2 hardware. Support is provided by Matrox in French and English only.
Only registered systems are eligible for Matrox phone support.
Beyond the complimentary support period
Once the six-month period of complimentary support has expired, you have the option to purchase a support token on a per incident basis. Click here to purchase a support token.
