Complimentary support and warranty

With the purchase of Matrox RT.X10, you are entitled to six months of complimentary telephone support from Matrox during our normal business hours and a three-year warranty on the Matrox RT.X10 hardware. Support is provided by Matrox in English only.

Only registered RT.X10 units are eligible for Matrox phone support.

Beyond the complimentary support period

Once the six-month period of complimentary support has expired, you have the option to purchase a support token on a per incident basis. Click here to purchase a support token.
