Complimentary support and warranty

With the purchase of Matrox MXO, you are entitled to three years of complimentary telephone support from Matrox during our normal business hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:00 EST) and a three-year warranty on the Matrox MXO hardware. Support is provided by Matrox in French and English only.

Only registered MXO units are eligible for Matrox phone support.

Beyond the complimentary support period

Once the three-year period of complimentary support has expired, you have the option to purchase a support token on a per incident basis.

To access Matrox MXO customer support you must have your Matrox MXO Identification Number. If you do not know your Matrox MXO Identification Number, you must register your product first.
