Additional required software
We installed patches and drivers in the following order:
- Microsoft Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000.
- Intel's ATA Storage driver, version 6.20.
- Intel's INF chipset driver, version 3.20.
- Intel network driver 10/100PRO from IBM's website.
- Intel's application accelerator, version 1.12.
Comments
- This system requires a minimum of 512 MB of RAM for use with a Matrox RT system. The Matrox Video Tools software won't install if it detects less than 512 MB of RAM. This is caused by the way the system reports information when there is only 256 MB of RAM present.
