Known limitations
- When using the Remote control in DVDit! SE to simulate the playback of your DVD title, you'll see the video on your NTSC or PAL monitor, but not the graphics (that is, backgrounds, buttons, etc.) However, you'll see both video and graphics in the simulation on your computer screen. This problem will not affect your finished DVD project.
- When using the Remote Control in DVDit! SE to play back a project, the video may flash for a few seconds at the start of the playback. This problem will not affect your finished DVD project.
- When playing back a clip from the DVDit! SE timeline, the Play button is no longer available once playback reaches the end of the clip.
- You can't import MPEG-2 IBP .avi files greater that 4 gigabytes into DVDit! SE. If you do, your resulting DVD won't include all your video. As a workaround, you can convert your MPEG-2 IBP .avi files that are greater than 4 gigabytes to .m2v files using the Matrox File Converter. You can then import your converted .m2v files into DVDit! SE without any problems.
