Matrox Solios boards the PCI Express®

September 27, 2005, Rosemont, Illinois - Today at The Robots & Vision Show in Rosemont, Illinois, Matrox Imaging announced that PCI Express® is now supported on the Matrox Solios family of frame grabbers. "This option meets the needs of customers who are migrating from both PCI and PCI-X," says Pierantonio Boriero, Product Line Manager, Matrox Imaging.

PCI Express® is available on the Camera Link® and analog variants of Matrox Solios, the Matrox Solios eCL and Matrox Solios eA, respectively, and both versions are designed for four lane (x4) PCIe®.
