The Matrox LPX, PPX and VPX families each include optimized input (capture) and output board-level products. The Streaming Media Decoder is the newest addition to the Matrox display wall line of controller cards, adding hardware decoding of compressed video over IP, and supporting real-time display on a grid of display devices.

Applying 30 years of experience in display and capture markets, Matrox's highly configurable product line of display wall controllers leverage state-of-the-art graphics technology to deliver stunning image quality and performance. An industry leader in multi-monitor innovations, Matrox utilises proven technology to support a single Windows desktop across any number of graphics processors, delivering world class fidelity and real-time capture of analog RGB, digital DVI and analog video capture and display. Any input can be displayed on any output with the possibility of duplicating a single input channel on up to 16 displays. Engineered for scalability, Matrox board-level products integrate a high-speed over-the-top independent bus allowing boards to communicate at up to 1 GB/sec, point-to-point without any dependencies on system resources.
