The Matrox Graphics technical support team is available by phone and email to support the professional solutions you purchase. Since we retain complete design and manufacturing control over our chips, boards and drivers, we can provide you with a "one-stop-shop" for quality board-level solutions that are supported by our multilingual, global technical service teams. Our goal is to help you resolve any technical issue you experience the first time you call and within a timely manner.

Telephone technical support is free for registered Matrox Graphics products users and is provided during regular business hours, in multiple languages, from both our headquarters and regional offices. Technical support, warranty service, driver updates, and documentation are available online 24 hours a day. To take advantage of our technical support services, you need to have a Client ID. Register now for your Client ID if you do not currently have one.
